How long does my order take to arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, uk deliveries take 5-7 working days to arrive, and International deliveries usually take 5-10 working days. Additional delays may occur during the months of September - March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services and customs.


How do I take care of my uggs?

What's the difference between "Original" and "Classic" style of ugg boots?

"Original" styles of ugg boots have a toe cap and a stitching re-enforcement at the back of the boot.
